Best "Green" Character Costume.This costume will represent a character who lives to save the Earth!

Best Low-Impact costume. A costume that uses recycled, hand-me-downs or non-store-bought materials.

Each winner will receive a Smart Strip Advanced Power Strip and some Lake Champlain Chocolates!
